Valiparambil family is the largest, old, rich and prestigious family in Trichur District. It spreads all over the Valapad panchayat and they owned most area of the village.
They have a family temple cituated in Kazhimbram and the 'prathishta' is 'Annapoorneswari and 'Bhadrakali'. Daily poojas and annual festivals are conducted here.Valiparambil Temple is one of the oldest temples in the area. This is a family temple. But the villagers consider the temple as their destiny. They believe that the temple brings happiness to their homes. It fulfill their ambitions. It protects them from the natural calamities.
